Symptom

Only updated fields information is distributed to the device in case of update message from middleware.

Reason and Prerequisites

Prerequisites:
The system is currently on SPS07 to SPS08 for WebAS 7.10 and you are using Mobile gateway add-on.
Solution

For Web AS 7.10:
- Apply Support Package SPS09
OR
Perform the following steps in sequence.
1) Generate structures
a) Goto transaction SE38. create a program with name ‘ZGROSS_GENERATORS_INSERT’ and copy the code in the attachment ‘ZGROSS_GENERATORS_INSERT.txt’ into the program. Activate and execute.
b) Goto transaction SE38. create a program with name ‘ZGROSS_CREATE_STRUCTURE’ and copy the code in the attachment ‘ZGROSS_CREATE_STRUCTURE.txt’ into the program. Activate and execute.
2) Apply Note
Apply this note via Note Assistant(SNOTE) if you are on SPS07 to SPS08.
3) Delta generation
Perform automatic delta generation (for procedure, refer to SAP NOTE
1127899).
