Symptom
Activating message indexing with TREX from the Index Administration UI in Runtime Workbench fails for the Adapter Engine. In NWA Manage Task application, you have filtered the table which results in only one task instance, then you cancel this task, and remove the filter value and hit enter. The application throws a ContextException
