Symptom
Unistalling an equiment from a function location in MAM application and assigning the same equipment to a different function location gave validation errors in RFC BAPIs because install action was going before uninstall action .

Reason and Prerequisites
According to JAX-WS specification, @WebServiceRef doesn’t require ‘name’ attribute. The fix provides support for @WebServiceRef used without ‘name’.
