SM21: Not all parameter records are displayed

If there are several parameter records for a system log entry, only the last parameter record appears in the display. As a result, not all parameters are replaced in the actual system log message. Archive report not copied to archive parameter

Symptom
The system calls the function module GET_PRINT_PARAMETERS incorrectly in the following situation:
If NO_DIALOG = SPACE, MODE = BATCH, and ARCHIVE_REPORT = report, the system does not copy the transferred report to the archive parameter.
