Reason and Prerequisites
The problem is caused by an incompatible change in sapevt which was not
reflected by the wrapper program SAPEVTAS4.
Solution
Please install at least patchlevel 5 for SAPEVT on kernel release 6.40 and Patchlevel 2 on kernel release 7.00.
