Symptom
The object type SPRX is not suitable for a namespace. For this reason, objects
of this type cannot be included in packages that belong to a certain
namespace.

BRFplus: XML Export of inactive object is not possible.

Symptom
XML Export does not allow to export object that is inactive. When an inactive object is exported, a error message should be shown:
“No active version found for time stamp &1″
&1 = The current timestamp when the export was performed
