table in message monitoring does not offer all information

Symptom
The following changes in the Message List table of the Message Monitoring should be done:
- Add additional hidden columns for each of the attributes in the Message Details list.
- Hide the columns Message-Id, Application Component, Service Definition, Software Component, Message Format and Inbound/Outbound Channel.
- Remove the columns Sender/Receiver Interface, Sender/Receiver Interface Namespace and Inbound/Outbound [...]
