Symptom
This note fixes the following problems:
1. On generating an ESDMA the SOAP message transformation will never get generated for the data objects which do not have a Backend Adapter defined in DOE workbench.
2. Errors due to generation are visible across different clients for same ESDMA giving a wrong status information about generation state.

Symptom
1. NACK message from device fails to get processed by DOE
2. Sometime the legal characters like Euro sign get removed from the message content by DOE.
