Lock issues during initial load and PSP

Symptom
1.Process state propagation is causing a deadlock scenario for backend load for multiple data objects.
2.If a lot of keys are pushed from the backend to the
middleware, the processing of these keys slows down and the
processes can be seen waiting to aquire a lock in the process
