Symptom
DB13 jobs exclude DB2 directory table spaces (DSNDB01) from RUNSTATS, REORG and COPY when stored procedure DNSACCMO is used to call the DB2 utilities.

Symptom
When computing RUNSTATS recommendations, the stored procedure DSNACCOR does not take into account, if last RUNSTATS time is older than last REORG time.
