POWL Multiple Issue with ALV Settings

Symptom
1. Sorting, Filtering, etc., is not applied to the results after a refresh is triggered via the ‘Refresh’ link.
2. Hierarchy display is not consistent in the POWL result.
3. Grouping is lost while switching between views.
4. Filter of one query is applied by default to another query during query switch.

Dump on opening settings dialog due to non referring Columns

Symptom
If a Column in the runtime configuration model references a non existing Field, the opening of the Web Dynpro settings dialog results into a dump, as the resolving of that Field fails at runtime.
