Symptom
POWL UI screen issues:
1. In ‘Personalize’ screen, the ‘Delete Query’ popup has no ‘Close’ button
2. In ‘Personalize’ screen, on ‘Add Category’ both ‘OK’ and ‘Close’ buttons are default buttons. Only ‘OK’ button should be default button.
