Solution

Solution:Update to SAP Netweaver BWA Revision 52.
Workarounds:
1. Set flag “Use Selection of Structure Elements” for the BW query or2. Add the following entry in TREXIndexServer.ini and activate the setting by restarting the TREX index server:
