Symptom

You are using Manager Self-Service. In the Report Launchpad the users are using the ‘Change Launchpad’ button and then using the ‘Details’ button to change the ‘Entries after Start’ function of an application.
Although the user hits both the ‘Save and Exit’ button from the ‘Details’ Popup and the ‘Save and Exit’ button on the ‘Change Launchpad’ popup, the changed ‘Entries after Start’ are not saved.
The next time you call the ‘Change Launchpad’ and the ‘Details’ are displayed, the changes you made are gone.
This is also the case for the Launchpad used in Business Unit Analyst under ‘Analytics’ and anywhere else the WD ABAP or WD Java launchpad are used.
