When more than one application with web service are deployed together it is possible that the old data from previous deploys for some of the applications is not deleted and is mixed with the new deploy data.
The changes in implementation ensure that the old data for each of the applications deployed will be deleted.

Solution

Update to 7.11 SP03 or a subsequent SP
