Symptom

In the NWM Admin, for the device configuration condition, there is no support for Operating system WinCE 5.2 or Windows Mobile 6

Reason and Prerequisites

Reason is because an entry in table MEMGMT_TYPE_VAL for the condition OS Win CE 5.2 /Windows Mobile 6 is missing.
Solution

Solution is to add an entry in the table MEMGMT_TYPE_VAL for OS condition Win CE 5.2/Windows Mobile 6
For WebAS 6.40:
- Apply Support Package 25
or
- Follow the steps to manually create an entry in the table MEMGMT_TYPE_VAL if you are on a lower SP than 25
For WebAS 7.0:
- Apply Support Package 20
or
- Follow the steps to manually create an entry in the table MEMGMT_TYPE_VAL if you are on a lower SP than 20

Manual Steps to create the entry in the table MEMGMT_TYPE_VAL:
1)Go to transaction se16
2)Give the table name as MEMGMT_TYPE_VAL
3)Go to menu Table-Create Entries
4)Click on button New Entries
5)Choose Condition type as OS
6)Enter Assignment value as 9
7)Enter Short Text as Win CE 5.2
8)Enter Long Text as Windows Mobile 6
9)Save the entry
