You get an error message when storing/retrieving documents with the error text “Error Determining document properties…”

This is due to a explicit check when storing/retrieving the documents.
Solution

This error message will not be displayed as a pop up but will be logged in the SLG1 transaction.
In order to implement the solution, please apply this note or import the relevant support package
