Error w/ HTTP requests if mpi/buffer_size not equal to 64 KB

Symptom
During HTTP requests to the ICM or the SAP Web Dispatcher, error 400 (Bad Request) occurs.

Reason and Prerequisites
If you used the profile parameter mpi/buffer_size to change the MPI buffer, errors may occur during request analysis within the SAP Content Filter; these errors cause the rejection.
