Symptom
1. Inbound queue process fails with the error : Exception condition “RECORD_POS_NOTFOUND” raised.2. Dump on restarting of failed messages.3. SAP NetWeaver Mobile 7.10, Data Orchestration Engine (DOE), SPS04, SPS05, SPS06, SPS07, Device Registration, Synchronization, Restart of failed messages.
Reason and Prerequisites

Reason:
1. Agent parameters are not assigned to the device while assigning of device profile which contains repeated agent parameters.2. Restarting of failed messages dumps for the message which corresponds to older version of the data object.3. The check_queue_entry API is being invoked which was taking more time. This API was not needed.

Prerequisites:
- The system is currently on SPS04 to SPS07 for WebAS 7.10.
Solution

For WebAS 7.10:
- Apply Support Package 09
OR
- Apply this note via Note Assistant(SNOTE) if you are on SPS04 to
SPS07.
