Symptom

Missing Consumer Proxy in NWA -> Single Service Administration

Reason and Prerequisites

When an application contains more than one consumer proxy to the same service, only one of them is displayed in the list of Consumer Proxies in Single Service Administration. The reason is that they have the same Interface definition names. The fix provides unique Interface Definition names for the consumer proxies in different client modules residing in one application.
Solution

Update to 711 SP2 or a subsequent SP.
