Symptom
If an employee has identical bank data for different subtypes in HR environment, the business partner integration does not create or update the bank data at the corresponding business partner (BP). The message ‘Bank details … in the validity period are not unique’(R1228) will be thrown.

Reason and Prerequisites
Different, existing subtypes of bank data of an employee will be recognized. This is the reason for trying to save identical bank data to the business partner.
Solution
Apply the correction instruction or install the support package.
The correction instruction of component SAP_HRRXX has to be installed only if the business partner integration is activated on an ERP system.
