Symptom

Organizational changes like the change of position assignment of an employee will be distributed via ALE-technique to a system where the business partner integration is active.
If an employee will be moved to another position under the same organizational unit, the business partner relationship will be deleted by the business partner integration and the related user is shown inconsistent after processing of the idoc containing the organizational change.

Reason and Prerequisites

The container field (is_available) will be set to ‘X’ for both entries (one entry for deletion and one for insertion).
After the deletion has been processed the availability flag of the insert set still has the value ‘X’, so the insert process tries to delete the business partner relation a second time and receives an error (relation does not exist). This error causes the termination of the insert process and the business partner relation is missing.
Solution

Apply the correction instruction or install the support package.
