Symptom
You use transaction WE10 to display archived IDocs. The authorization default values delivered in the standard system do not enable you to display any field data of the segments.

Reason and Prerequisites
The archive information structure delivered in the standard system does not contain certain fields of the control record. As a result, the system transfers these fields as SPACE during the authorization check, which leads to an error message due to missing authorizations. As of Release 640, you can avoid this problem by choosing the archive as the data source and by manually selecting archive files there.
Solution
Use the Note Assistant to implement the correction instructions or
import the relevant Support Package.
