Symptom
Open Message Monitoring. Go to the “Database” tab and click on the “Advanced” link. This link will display all options of the advanced filter. Clicking on the “Archive” tab. You can see that in the “Archive” tab, the fields for both filters (”Basic” and “Advanced”). Also if you first go to “Archive” tab and click on link “Advanced” for different fields for “Advanced” option and then click on the “Database” tab, you will see the fields for both filters are available at the same time.
Reason and Prerequisites
Shows only fields of the “Advanced” option when you use advanced filter and then switch between the “Database” and “Archive” tabs.
Solution
The change is done. For 711 SP04 install “SOAMONBASIC04_00.SCA” and for 710 SP9 “LMNWABASICCOMP09_00.SCA” or higher patch level.
