ITS TextEdit: Toolbar buttons background disappears

Symptom
The toolbar buttons of the Textedit Control are not displayed properly. The background of the buttons may disappear.
Reason and Prerequisites
After implementation of note 1323470.
Solution
Please implement the latest support package.
