Symptom
You have configured XI Alerts in Runtime Workbench for your scenarios. Manual cancelling of XI Messages of the Adapter Engine in Message Monitoring triggers Alerts.

Program error.
Solution
After applying the following correction, the behavior is changed. If a Message in cancelled manually, no Alert is triggered anymore. The correction is part of the following (and newer) Support Packages:
XI 3.0 SP25XI 7.0 SP20XI 7.01 SP05XI 7.02 SP02PI 7.10 SP09PI 7.11 SP04
For older Support Packages, the correction is available as a patch. Please update the software components of the Adapter Engine to the patch levels maintained in section “SP Patch Level” of this note or use newer versions.
