No Adapter data reported to CCMS

Symptom

You can’t see message error data for Adapter Engine in CCMS even if everything is configured according to the documentation. Furthermore, the CCMS status in Runtime Workbench for Adapter Engines is always grey.

Reason and Prerequisites

Due to a programming error the data provider for CCMS is not correctly registered.
Solution

In 7.10 SP8 and 7.11 SP2, this bug is fixed. Please, update to the respective SP or apply the patch matching your support package version
as per the instructions in the NetWeaver Support Package Stack Guide:

Please, make sure that you update both SCAs.
If the Adapter Engine data is still not visible in CCMS after the deployment of the patches, you have to restart the monitoring service of J2EE Engine. For this open NWA, navigate to Operation Management->Systems->Start & Stop->Java EE Services, select service “Monitoring”, and press “Restart”.
