Symptom
The SAP system is running with a kernel release 701.
Report RSVMCRT_HEALTH_CHECK reports a “Java Services Runtime Error”.
Transaction SM53 aborts with:
“Found no handler for remote function module SVMCRT_ADMIN_SYSPROP_INFO”

Reason and Prerequisites
The VMC applications for RSVMCRT_HEALTH_CHECK and SM53 are installed but not activated.
Solution
Redeploy the VMC applications by executing report RSVMCRT_REDEPLOY per transaction se38 with only the third checkbox enabled (reinstall modules). After that reset VMC per transaction SM52, menu VMC, reset. Report RSVMCRT_HEALTH_CHECK and SM53 should work now.
