The entries for the connections are duplicated since the lookup mechanism for existing connections does not work properly for Oracle databases.

Reason and Prerequisites
When Oracle databases are connected to the SAP Solution Manager using the setup wizard, the SLD data of database connections is synchronized with the DBA Cockpit connection information. The information about the TNSNAMES alias is missing.
As result each lookup of the database name of such a connection returns the database name of the SAP Solution Manager itself. So existing connection can never be found.
Solution
The correction also improves the performance of the lookup mechanism.
The problem is solved with Solution Manager 7.0 SP22.
Alternatively, you can apply the attached correction instruction to
SAP Solution Manager SP19-SP20.
