Performance problem in searching Person name on NAME_TEXT field.

Reason and Prerequisites

When the searching on the full name, a functionality introduced in the note 0001128361(Please look at the note for more details), performance problem can occur. In this correction search on the name text is performed only when no results were found in previous cases.
