Symptom

When you try to start an application service or an SAP GUI for HTML using a request and a transaction and an OKCode enhancement are specified (see Note 777423, among others; for example, ~transaction=*txabc field-name=ABC;field2-name=… is specified), the system does not start the application. Instead, the system starts the default start transaction with an error message such as the following:
“Transaktion txabc+feld-name= ist unbekannt”
“Transaction txabc+field-name= is unknown”
