SCOV: Data collection not triggered on all servers

Symptom
Some coverage results are missing in the ABAP Coverage Analyzer after the background job RSCVR_TRIGGER_COLLECT that triggers the data collection on all application servers in the system was run successfully.

Reason and Prerequisites
Prerequisites for the data collection are that the ABAP Coverage Analyzer is switched on in the system and that data collection is active for the individual application servers.
The background job RSCVR_TRIGGER_COLLECT first flushes the coverage data from the shared memory of the individual application servers before the data collection is actually triggered. Due to a program error, not all application servers are flushed and some data is missing in the ABAP Coverage Analyzer after the collection.
Solution
Install the relevant Support Package or apply the correction instructions.
