SelectOptions: Range table contains blank entry

Symptom
If the user selects the initial value in a drowpdown list box that is available in SelectOptions, the range table contains an entry of the following type:
SIGN=I, OPTION=EQ, LOW=
This behavior is not desired. Instead, the range table should not contain any entries. This problem occurs only if the selection field refers to a domain whose fixed values contain the initial value.
