Symptom

In a session, you exit the execution of a report or a transaction by choosing “Back (F3)”. Instead of returning to the SAP Easy Access menu as expected, the system immediately calls the start transaction, provided you have used the menu option
“Extras” -> “Set start transaction”
in the SAP Easy Access Menu to define a start transaction.

Reason and Prerequisites

This problem is caused by a program error.
This error only has an impact if you have:
1. Set a start transaction for your user (which is immediately called in the first open session when you log on).2. Opened at least a second additional session.3. Closed all of the sessions again apart from one, and the session that is now open is one of the additional sessions that were opened.Solution

Import the Support Package or implement the attached corrections.
