Symptom

On the successful creation of a new record or record model, error entries are written in the application log. Error message says ['Document damaged: Contains no versions'].

This above mentioned entry was being written in the application log
because even before the version for a document had been created there
was a check to retrieve a variant for the version .
Solution

Please apply note 1243750 before applying the current note.
