Basis Errors and Solutions

Symptom

You use the User Information System (transaction SUIM) to search for users, profiles, or authorizations with specific authorization values.
The functions for sorting and setting filters for the fields “User Type”, “Type”, and “Version” do not work.In a central system with Release 7.00 or higher, you start the report RSUSR200. As the target system, you use a child system with Release 6.40 or lower. The functions for sorting and setting filters do not work for the “Date of Last Logon” field.

This problem is caused by a program error.

Solution

Implement the correction instructions or import the relevant Support
Package.
Important: To correct the sorting error in the report RSUSR200, you must implement the corrections in the central system of the Central User Administration (CUA) and in all of the related child systems.
