Basis Errors and Solutions

Symptom

When forwarding a GP UWL task(or through gp public API changeTaskProcessor method) from user A to user B and then back to user A, the second time the user A does not have the work item in his inbox.

Reason and Prerequisites

The problem is due that the forward mechanism does not delete the old work item but makes it hidden and the second time when the user is assigned new work item is not created
Affected versions:
SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (formerly named 2004s) to SP 16Sap NetWeaver 7.1 up to SP6 patch 0.( incl SP7 patch 0)

Solution

A.) The issue is cleared in these deliveries:
SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (formerly named 2004s), Software Component SAP-EU, SP 17 and laterSap NetWeaver 7.1 in SP6 patch 1, SP7 patch 2 and in SP8 AND later
